Great service and beautiful environment! Staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean with comfortable beds. They have a pool, hot spring and some indoor games like snooker and foosball. Very enjoyable stay overall :)

Nice place with great view with the balcony facing the fish pond, it's recommended for those who want to escape the city and go into the nature, there's also several facilities nearby(rafting, hiking and waterfall descending, go to the caves and many more). There's also some facilities in the hotel (games, food and drinks, and a hot spring pond)

The room is clean. The facilities are simple and modest, yet well-managed. We went there for the hot springs only. Dinner and breakfast were delicious and well-served. I wish they had a coffee machine 😁. There aren't many activities to do, but they have machine games for kids. Bring your own game equipment, such as rackets, bicycles, or fishing rods, as they do not provide them. The place is huge and great for relaxing with family.

It is a beautiful place to be one with nature and your thoughts. Yes the road there is a little challenging but nothing some patience and careful driving can't overcome. Going there on a weekday was the best idea. Minimal vehicles on the road. The resort itself offers many opportunities to swim, soak, walk, trek and spend some time on the deck of your chalet.. Do bring snacks to tide you over between breakfast and dinner. The drive to the nearest resort for lunch was something I did not want to do. Food provided is good Malaysian -malay style dishes. Very tasty. Good variety.

Came across this property in Instagram & booked a Single Lake View Chalet for 1 night. The room was very cozy, clean & have a great view of the vast green land. The booking include dinner & breakfast, both buffet style. A decent spread of variety & the food was very nice. You can step out of your room for various activities within the property ie soaking in their Hot Spring pool or chilling in their natural swimming pool. For those who love to surround themselves in nature, this is a perfect place. Staff was very friendly and courteous. Good WiFi connectivity during our stay. The area where the property is also known for some sports activities like water rafting & caving. Further, Gopeng town also offers good local food & have some places of attraction to visit.
